What is the process?

Dispatch Carrier
Set-Up Packet
Download all required forms (4) located on the Carrier Dashboard. Then, complete and
sign. All documents can be submitted by email or fax.

Make sure you have all the required documents:
-Dispatch-Carrier Agreement
-Carrier Profile
-Credit Card Authorization
-W9
-MC Authority Letter
-Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I.)
*Must have $1,000,000 Liability and $100,000 Cargo Insurance*
-Notice of Assignment (N.O.A.)
*Only if you have a Factoring Company
